Volleyball
It was love at first sight. I started playing volleyball in high school and I've been playing ever since. I always carry a volleyball in my car for emergencies.

Computer Science @ University of South Florida
I'm a Computer Science student at the University of South Florida with a deep passion for full-stack web development. I love the entire process of bringing an idea to life, from designing a user-friendly interface to engineering a robust backend. I'm always exploring new technologies and seeking out more efficient ways to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Working at the startup was an amazing experience in learning how to be adaptable and deliver results quickly. I was tasked with developing a key bi-directional data sync integration with the Shopify API.
I also got to build and manage our core database, which was a huge learning curve. It showed me how to create systems that are not just functional today, but are stable and ready to grow with the company tomorrow
My time in the research lab was a deep dive into the world of IoT and embedded systems. I got to write code that took the raw, messy signals from the sensors and turned them into something meaningful, like an accurate heart rate. This experience taught me the value of being meticulous and patient, and it was amazing to see how careful programming could turn abstract data into real, tangible insights that could potentially help someone.
It's always an honor to serve the community. As a leader in SHPE, I directed community-building programs and led a team of directors to achieve the highest participation in our chapter's mentorship program history, improving member retention by 50% and supporting over 140 STEM students each semester.
For three years, I've served as a Resident Assistant, where I've helped dozens of students adjust to college life. This role has given me invaluable experience in mentorship, crisis mediation, and customer service, all of which I bring to my work in tech.
As a college student pursuing a Certification in Japanese, I wanted a fun way to build my vocabulary anywhere, even without a textbook. This personal need, combined with my passion for connecting with different cultures, inspired me to create Nihon Go. It's a full-stack e-learning platform I designed to be an intuitive and accessible tool for fellow language learners. I was incredibly proud when my professor presented the platform to a class as a potential resource to complement their studies.
This project was born out of my desire to keep in touch with my family that lives aborad. It's a space where we can share random, day-to-day pictures, allowing us to feel connected even if we're countries apart. To make this a reality, I built a RESTful API with Java & Spring Boot and a scalable AWS S3 solution to ensure our shared memories are always safe and accessible instantly, no matter where we are.
This project was born during a hackathon where my friends and I wanted to practice building a full-stack application with a dedicated backend. We focused on creating a consumer tool we would genuinely use to solve a common need. I developed the Python FastAPI backend to automate expense tracking , using Google's Gemini AI to scan receipts and eliminate the tedious work of data entry for trip and budget planning.
I'm always open to new opportunities and collaborations. Feel free to reach out!
When I'm not coding, I love exploring new creative outlets and staying active. Here are some of the things that keep me inspired and energized.

I feel my best when I'm immersed in a good game. Just don't get mad when I win.
